Upon arrival, we will enjoy a delicious breakfast and have some free time to use the restrooms, buy hydrating drinks, and snacks before continuing our adventure.

Our trip continues for another 1.5 hours until we reach the community of Palccoyo (4,200 m.a.s.l.), the starting point of our hike. From here, we are welcomed by the imposing view of the Stone Forest and the first colorful mountains, a clear sign that we are approaching the stunning Rainbow Mountain Range. After a short introduction from our guide, we begin a gentle 30-minute ascent. Along the way, we can spot a variety of Andean camelids such as llamas and alpacas, while making our way to the summit, where we are rewarded with a breathtaking view of the majestic Apu Ausangate (6,380 m.a.s.l.).

This place is truly magical, shaped by nature into a unique landscape. Our guide will provide explanations about the area, and we will have free time to take pictures, explore the Rainbow Mountain Range and the Stone Forest, and immerse ourselves in the serenity of this sacred environment.
